We know how Diane Feinstein feels about the Second Amendment. Apparently, she doesn’t much care for the rest of our Constitution either. Her proposed Compliance with Court Orders Act is another attempt to eliminate a way that Americans can defend themselves against the real criminals. Only, instead of attempting to eliminate firearms, this new bill is an attempt to eliminate our security and privacy. The CCOA would effectively prevent law-abiding American citizens from encrypting data and would open a wide door through which the criminals will surely walk.Read More
“I’ll take a semiautomatic rifle any day of the week over a boltaction, and twice on Sunday.” That’s what my husband told me when I confessed my love of the Mauser M98 bolt-action. A discussion ensued, and we were not talking hunting – we were discussing war. Our passion for rifles and history often leads to a great deal of research and conversation. Neither of us has served in the military, but the conversation thankfully extends beyond the theoretics of our living room to those who have first-hand experience to tell it how it is, or was. Speaking with veterans is an opportunity neither of us will ever turn down.…Read More
One rainy morning four years ago, I walked out of Meridian’s largest gun shop to find two gentlemen standing in front of the store, clipboards in hand, requesting signatures on a petition. The petition was to request that Idaho citizens support a permitless carry law. That was the first time I met Greg Pruett, and I offered my help with his endeavor. Idaho is known as a gun friendly state with many, if not most, residents owning at least one firearm. If a law-abiding citizen can own a gun, shouldn’t…Read More
After the new ATF rule affecting gun trusts was signed into law on January 4 2016, I quickly turned to my newly published book, Infringed, to see how much of the information would now be out of date. I devoted several chapters to explaining the possession and transfer of National Firearms Act (NFA) firearms and the benefits of gun trusts. Click Here to Read Entire ArticleRead More
Until his last day, Justice Antonin Scalia remained a true patriot and defender of our Constitution. A judicial conservative, his opinions were based not on his personal biases, but on the outcome that conformed to the plain meaning of the United States Constitution. Unlike other judges and justices, Justice Scalia refrained from judicial activism. Instead, he focused on the plain language of our Constitution and how to apply the Founders’ original intent to a situation at hand. He believed that the United States Constitution says what it means and means what it says.…Read More

The Inconvenience Of Rule 41F After the new ATF rule affecting gun trusts was signed into law on January 4th, I quickly turned to my newly published book, Infringed, to see how much of the information would now be out of date. I devoted several chapters to explaining the possession and transfer of National Firearms Act (the NFA) firearms and the benefits of gun trusts. After reviewing all of the chapters with gun trust specific information, I smirked to myself. Only one paragraph out of the entire book would need to be updated.…Read More
By Alexandria Kincaid, Attorney & Author For some reason, the American President seems to think, or wants us to believe, that the violence, the bombings, the beheadings, and the murders seen daily in the media are due to the American citizen who lawfully exercises the right to keep and bear arms. He blames our Second Amendment, our Supreme Court’s protective interpretation of the Second Amendment, and Congress’s stance to refuse further infringement on this protection, for the acts of criminals. He blames seniors on social security who cannot manage their…Read More
Despite the rulings in the Heller and McDonald cases (if you don’t know what these cases are about, please read my book, Infringed), our United States Supreme Court refused today to protect Americans from so-called “assault weapons” bans that are passing with more frequency around the country. In today’s case (Monday, December 7, 2015), “Friedman v. City of Highland Park,” the United States Supreme Court refused to accept the case for further briefing and hearing (“denied cert”) and has allowed an Illinois city to continue to deny residents the right to have many semi-automatic, “scary”…Read More
A sample of what’s inside my book “Infringed” (click to order), this is also an article I wrote published by the American Shooting Journal and US Precision Defense. The ATF is going the extra mile to win your enthusiasm. Check out the agency’s internet K-9 page, portraying the playful side of the dogs responsible for sniffing out the next Boston Marathon bomber. You’ll be greeted by a cute and fluffy retriever holding an “ATF” ball. While you’re there, click the link to go to the “Kids Page” with coloring pictuWhxxres and word games.
