Wendy Breckon has over 20 years experience with expertise in administrative law, including laws applicable to licenses and permits, the due process rights of permit and license holders to fair hearings, and how to prosecute, defend, and adjudicate cases. During the course of her career, Ms. Breckon has worked as an attorney in private practice and at a number of State agencies, gathering a wealth of experience to assist our clients in navigating the many rules and laws with which they must comply.
Wendy is licensed to practice law in California, and assist clients with their estate planning needs, including revocable living trusts and gun trusts. Ms. Breckon enjoys playing the mandolin, performing blue grass music with her husband in their band "Ulatis Creek," and snow skiing.
